HOW WE WORK

PAYMENT, FEES & EXPENSES

All fees are exclusive of expenses incurred on your behalf. These may include, but are not limited to: clothing purchases or rentals, tailoring, dry cleaning, courier fees, shipping, or fitting-related charges. Payment is due at the time of booking and is considered fully earned upon completion of the offering. All payments are non-refundable.

Accepted forms: wire transfer, Zelle, or credit card. A 4% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

For monthly and retainer clients, billing is processed on a recurring monthly basis from the contract start date. Any reimbursable expenses or credits will be reflected on the following month’s statement.

SHOPPING

When possible, clothing is sourced on consignment so that items can be tried before purchase. In some cases, a refundable deposit may be required by a brand or boutique in order to pull. Clients will be notified in advance of any such charges.

A credit card and valid photo ID are required to keep on file for all consignment requests.

Shopping budgets for items not consigned are due in advance. Any remaining balance can be refunded or applied to future shops.

Payments for consigned items and incurred expenses are due immediately following the fitting.

Purchased clothing may be returned within 10 days unless otherwise noted. Rental returns must follow the lender’s policy, which will be shared in advance.

TRAVEL Jazmin works remotely but is available for domestic and international travel on a case-by-case basis. Travel is billed as working time. Travel expenses—including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transport, and per diem—are the responsibility of the client.

Travel quotes are provided based on location and dates. All travel fees must be paid in full prior to departure.

RELATIONSHIP
Jazmin operates as an independent contractor. This is a collaborative, professional partnership built on mutual respect, discretion, and clear communication. Clients acknowledge that Jazmin and any assistants or agents are not employees.

COMMUNICATION
To maintain the highest level of styling and support, clients are expected to communicate in a timely manner and provide any relevant information regarding their professional and social calendars.

Adequate lead time is required for all requests. While efforts will be made to accommodate last-minute needs, availability cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING 
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within this window are considered fully earned but may be credited toward future services at Jazmin’s discretion


WARRANTY & CONFIDENTIALITY
All offerings are delivered with the highest standard of professionalism, care and discretion. All personal, professional, and stylistic information shared will be kept strictly confidential by both parties unless otherwise agreed upon.
