HOW WE WORK

PAYMENT, FEES & EXPENSES

Expenses incurred on behalf of Client are not included in any fees and will be billed to Client. This may include, but is not limited to: the cost of clothing or rentals, messenger fees, shipping fees, tailoring & dry cleaning, etc.
Payments for services rendered are non-refundable and considered fully earned upon completion of the Service. Payment is due at the time of booking and is accepted by wire transfer, zelle, or credit card. Please note there is a 3% processing fee for credit card transactions. Retainers are billed on a recurring monthly basis based on start date of contract. Any credits or additional fees for expenses will show up on the following statement.

SHOPPING Often times, clothing is sent on consignment allowing clients to try first. Certain items, or boutiques may require a refundable deposit to pull. Clients will be notified in advance of any charges. A credit card and photo ID are kept on file for client consignments. Shopping budget for items not consigned is due before items are sent, any remaining funds can be refunded or applied to future shops/services. Payments for clothing on consignment, and expenses are due immediately upon completion of fitting. Purchased clothing may be returned within 10 days unless otherwise noted. Rented clothing is to be returned in accordance with the lender’s policy and will be noted in advance.

TRAVEL Jazmin works remotely but is available for travel internationally on a case by case basis. Jazmin typically travels with one assistant. Travel is billed as working time. Client is responsible for travel fees. A quote will be provided based on location and dates. Travel fees are due prior to travel.


WARRANTY
Jazmin represents and warrants that the services will be performed with the utmost skill and care.

RELATIONSHIP
The parties acknowledge and agree that the Services performed by Jazmin, her assistants, or agents shall be as an independent contractor. Client understands that Jazmin is not an employee, and that this will be a collaborative, professional relationship of equals where there is mutual professional respect, courtesy and consideration.

COMMUNICATION
Due to the nature of the relationship, Client understands the importance of communication, and agrees to respond to questions and communications in a timely manner. Information regarding your professional and social lifestyle may be required in order to meet expectations and provide the best support and highest quality work. Client understands that we require fair notice in order to tend to requests and projects.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING 
Cancellations and rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Fees for cancellations without proper notice will be considered fully earned. Cancellation within 48 hours will be credited to clients account for future use.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Neither party will disclose any information of the other which comes into its possession under, or in relation to this Agreement and which is of a confidential nature.
