HOW WE WORK

APPROACH

Each engagement is handled with discretion, professionalism, and a high level of care and attention to detail. The process is collaborative, grounded in mutual respect and clear communication.

PAYMENT, FEES & EXPENSES

All fees are exclusive of expenses incurred on your behalf including wardrobe purchases, tailoring, courier fees, and related services.

Payment is due at the time of booking and is considered fully earned upon completion of the offering. All payments are non-refundable.

Accepted forms of payment include wire transfer, Zelle, or credit card (processing fees apply).

For monthly clients, billing is processed on a recurring monthly basis from the start date. Any applicable expenses or adjustments will be reflected on the following month’s statement.

SHOPPING ‍

Clothing is predominantly sourced on consignment allowing items to be tried on before purchase. In some cases, advanced payment is required for sourcing and securing items. Clients will be notified in advance of any such charges.

Shopping budgets for items not consigned are due in advance. Any remaining balance can be refunded or applied to future sourcing.

Payment for consigned items and incurred expenses are due immediately following the fitting.

Returns are subject to store or lender policies, which will be shared as applicable.

TRAVEL Travel is available on a case-by-case basis. All travel time and related expenses are arranged in advance and billed separately.

COMMUNICATION

Clients are expected to provide relevant information regarding upcoming events, travel, and scheduling needs. Adequate lead time is required for all requests to ensure the best results. While efforts will be made to accommodate last-minute needs, availability cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.

Communication is handled in a focused and timely manner to support a clear and efficient workflow.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING 
Changes or cancellations require adequate advance notice. Sessions cancelled within a short window may be considered fulfilled and fully earned at Jazmin’s discretion.
